•Work as Project Manager for existing project, when assigned
•Review and modify master schedule compliance against customer delivery requirements
•Assist QA to obtain customer approvals for deviations
•Contract review and specifications with QA, Purchasing, and Engineering where applicable especially before/during order entry stage
•Customer interface and become Voice of Customer (VOC).
•Commercial and technical compliance
•Facilitator for technical discussions on major buyouts
•Report site management over constraints/conflicts with other PM’s and functions when possible
•Verify all Sales Order lines are properly closed by responsible function.
•Understand the technical scope of work which will require further training defined by technical groups.
•Pass down order information to the relevant party in a timely manner (ahead of due date).
•Pursue change orders for price and delivery date adjustments.
•Review budget versus “Estimated Cost” – Generate Final Cost Estimate and SAP when necessary
•Closely work with Finance for accurate revenue recognition (POC / PIT)
•Manage project engineering related documentation submittals and returns.
•Attend customer kick-off meetings when required
•Expedite other functional areas to ensure timely submittals of documentation and equipment delivery and functional goals.
•Understand Cheonan procedures and capabilities during contract review.
•Assist Traffics ability to assemble packing lists in preparation for shipment
•Identify project risks by soliciting feedback from other groups as well as personal experience to maintain project schedule and costs.

•Issue Purchase Requisition
•Complete export compliance checklist
•Coordinate final shipments
· Ensure engineering drawings read and understood
· Communicate/coordinate with the customer and aftermarket group on repairs, parts manufacturing, and services
· Prepare all the necessary documents for shipment and invoicing
· Compile, complete & submit the required pre-& post repair or parts manufacturing documentation
Engineering release(Part list, Procedures, Drawing packages) for existing project, when assigned. - Distribute order information on a timely basis (ahead of due date).
Generate, review, monitor and modify project schedule against customer delivery requirements and internal requirements.
Issue purchase specification and document PR as applicable and Router documents if required.
Support manufacturing engineer to generate routing documents.
Identify and manage the project risks & opportunities by soliciting feedback from other groups.
Review budget versus “Estimated cost” and generate final SAP.
Manage project engineering related documentation submittals and returns.
Prepare, support and coordinate all the other necessary documentation and tasks including packaging for successful shipment.
OA Work. More getting to know OA Work and Support OA Engineers.
Work within the team to meet financial/safety/CIP performance goals.
Work closely and support the finance team for EAC number for PIT/POC order.
· BS in Engineering discipline, preferably mechanical engineering; and/or combination of education and experience
· Minimum of 3 years related experience
· Project management skills. Ability to use MS Project is a plus.
· Solid spoken/written English skill

· Ability to work in a CIP environment and live up to Flowserve 6 C’s
