The Project Manager for the Flowserve Monitoring Center which is responsible for administering Customer Service Agreements. This position is accountable for execution, maintenance, and customer support. Manage all of the Monitoring Center contracts globally to ensure standard procedures are followed, contract deliverables are completed, and cross-functional team work within Flowserve operates effectively.
Identify, develop, and maintain processes and procedures for contract execution.
Receive and disposition customer service calls and emails that the Monitoring Center receives.
Identify escalation path for any concerns - manage site support.
Track and ensure execution of Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly deliverables per Customer contract
Proactively monitor IPS Wireless system health, such as battery life of equipment in the field and nuisance alarms
Monitoring Center contract renewal follow-up
Follow-up on pull-through recommendations made per Customer contract with cross-functional teams within Flowserve
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Compliance with company and department standards for Aftermarket Service & Solutions (AMSS) service contract management.
Number of Monitoring Center contracts managed
On-time delivery of contract deliverables
Issue resolution cycle-time
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field and specific experience
3-5 years of technical experience in a Project Management or troubleshooting position
Working knowledge of industrial rotating equipment (pumps, valves, seals)
Strong Project Management acumen
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency to execute
Ability to produce professional reports and presentations in keeping with Company policies and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package including spreadsheet, database management, and presentation software
Excellent time management and organization skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
KNOWLEDGE, SILLS AND ABILITIES
Familiar with instrumentation and electronics, wireless systems, and vibration technologies
Experience with rotating equipment maintenance, monitoring, reliability, and operations.
